Delyer offer Low Temperature Solder Paste Series
Delyer low temperature solder paste,whose soldering temperature is 40-50 ℃ lower than that of the common Sn/Pb alloy paste, is a no-clean solder paste developed and designed for SMT low temperature soldering process. The Delyer low temperature solder paste owns excellent soldering performance, which is suitable for the soldering of low temperature resistance, such as the soldering of double-sided patch. After soldering, nearly no-residue, good resistance to moisture, no-clean or cleaned by organic solvent.
